Coaching can be another way to foster connection and is a more suitable approach for individuals who want to reflect on day-to-day situations in their work environment. When you're part of a dynamic and changing work environment, it can be valuable to reflect on situations where diversity plays a role and how to move forward in an inclusive way. In one-on-one sessions, tailored to the specific request of the client, I can foster a space for learning and reflection on the role of your values in your communication. Example questions considered in the process: what experiences shape me? how do I interpret other people's behavior? how can I contribute to mutual understanding?
